CEO

Fellow member of ICSI and founder of this firm with having extensive knowledge and experience of more than 30 years in the field of Corporate Laws such as Companies Act,2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act,1999 (“FEMA”), Securities and Exchange Board of India Act,1992 and its Rules and Regulations, Foreign Contribution (Regulation)Act, 2010 (“FCRA”), Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“IBC”) etc.

He was past Chairman of the Vadodara Chapter of ICSI. He is in charge of overall function of the firm. He is B. Com (Hon.), Associate Member of ACIS (U.K.). In addition to above, he is also LL.B. (Spl.), Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law (PGDCL) and Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws and Practice (PGDLP).

At present, he is representing clients before various authorities such as National Company Law Tribunals (“NCLT”), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (“NCLAT”) Regional Director (“RD”), Registrar of Companies (“ROC”), Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”), SEBI.

He also involves in giving opinion on various matter of corporate laws and deliberating lectures at various platforms and Study Circles meeting organized by ICSI and ICAI.

ADV. MONA TRIVEDI

She is LLM (Gold Medalist) by qualification and having experience of around 25 years in the field of Corporate Laws, Banking Regulation, Revenue Matters, Debt Recovery, Title Clearance etc. She is associated with the firm since beginning and taking care of drafting of various Applications, Petitions, Appeals, Scheme and other legal documents to be submitted with statutory authorities such as NCLT, NCLAT, SEBI, ROC, RD, RBI etc.

CS ASHISH TRIPATHI

He is an Associate Company Secretary and senior partner of the firm having experience of around 15 years in Corporate Laws.

He is taking care of Ahmedabad office and doing liaising with various Statutory Authorities at Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar such as ROC, RD, NCLT, Stamp office etc.

CS KAMAL LALANI

He is an Associate Company Secretary with having experience of 9 years in the field of Corporate Laws, FEMA and SEBI’s Rules and Regulations. He is actively engaged in various assignments with multinational companies. At present taking care of Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence under Bank Requirements and of Corporate Laws, Corporate Governance Audit, FEMA Compliances, Winding Up, Striking off, Listing Compliances, Issuance of Securities, LLP compliances etc.

CS NIKITA PATEL

She is Associate Company Secretary with having experience of 8 years in various corporate laws. She is actively involved in drafting and reviewing of Notice and Agenda of Board Meeting, General Meeting, Vetting of Directors’ Report, giving direction on compliances under Companies Act to various companies.

CS NIKKI SHAH

She is Associate Company Secretary and holding experience of around two years in the field of Corporate Laws, FEMA, NCLT. She is also B.com, LLB(Sp.), by qualification

She is taking care of legal compliances of all unlisted and private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, LLP, FEMA. Also supporting in drafting of application to be submitted to ROC, RD, NCLT, RBI etc.

CS Ismail Shaikhjiwala

He is Associate Company Secretary and holding experience of around two years in the field of Corporate Laws, FEMA.

He is taking care of company formation, conversion of company / LLP, legal compliances of all unlisted and private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, LLP.

The firm has Branch office at Ahmedabad and associate office at Delhi.
